Sattva Consulting, a Bangalore-based consulting firm, has partnered with Two Point O Capital, India's clean energy financing company, to advance decarbonization efforts across India's Commercial and Industrial (C&I) sector. The collaboration focuses on integrating technology, operational underwriting, and outcome-based financing to deliver clean energy solutions.
With India's energy demand expected to double by 2040 — and the C&I sector accounting for more than half of the country’s total energy — this partnership comes at a critical juncture, they said in a press release.
Sattva brings expertise in sustainability, strategy and implementation, while Two Point O Capital offers AI-enabled platforms and flexible financing models tailored for clean energy projects. Their solutions have led to 30–50% reductions in operating costs and over 30% cuts in CO₂ emissions. The combined offering targets a market with a $10 billion annual financing gap, particularly in the underserved segments like MSMEs.
"This partnership represents the next chapter in sustainability-focused business transformations,” said Srikrishna Sridhar Murthy, CEO of Sattva Consulting. “At Sattva, we’ve always believed that meaningful change happens on the ground. Through our partnership with Two Point O Capital, we’re doubling down on our efforts to move sustainability from strategy to execution," he further added.
Integrated Solutions for Sector-Specific Decarbonization
The partnership offers businesses a single-window solution for their decarbonization efforts, thereby eliminating the need for coordination across multiple stakeholders.
Targeting high-energy consumption sectors such as hospitals, malls, textiles, automotive, and chemicals, the initiative is designed to address industry-specific challenges with tailored, scalable solutions.
“The combined strength of Two Point O Capital's financial innovation and solutioning capabilities with Sattva Consulting’s understanding of sector-specific sustainability opportunities will help deliver a measurable impact that is both economically and environmentally transformative,” said Manya Ranjan, Co-founder of Two Point O Capital.
