Saatvik Green Energy Secures INR 486 Crore Solar Module Order from Domestic EPC Player

Solar module manufacturer Saatvik Green Energy Ltd. announced that its material subsidiary, Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, has bagged an INR 486 crore order from a renowned independent power producer (IPP) and engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) player for the supply of solar photovoltaic (PV) modules.

Major Order from a Domestic Client

According to the company’s regulatory filing, the order has been placed by a domestic entity and is classified as part of the company’s standard business operations.

The execution timeline for the supply extends until December 2026. Saatvik Green Energy also clarified that neither the promoters nor the promoter group have any direct or indirect interest in the entity awarding the order.

The company described the order as purely commercial in nature, covering only the supply of solar modules without any additional terms disclosed.

Earlier PV Module Orders Worth INR 177.5 Crore

This latest order builds on Saatvik’s ongoing momentum in the solar module market. In the previous financial year, the company’s subsidiary had secured and accepted orders worth INR 177.5 crore from another leading domestic IPP/EPC player for similar PV module supplies. Those contracts were also executed within India and spanned November to December 2025.

Despite the positive order announcement, Saatvik Green Energy’s shares witnessed some pressure in Tuesday’s trading session. On the BSE, shares of Saatvik Green Energy closed at INR 396, down by 0.90 percent on December 22.

Saatvik Green Energy has steadily grown into one of India’s leading solar PV module manufacturers, with an operational module production capacity of 3.80 GW. The company manufactures solar panels, and also provides EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) and O&M (operations and maintenance) services to enhance its value proposition in the domestic renewable energy sector.
