Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (RRVUNL) has issued a tender inviting consultancy services for the creation of a land bank to support the development of 32 GW of solar parks across the state. The work includes preparing a KMZ layout and executing all related activities on a turnkey basis.
Tender Process and Guidelines
The consultancy services will be awarded through a competitive bidding process conducted under the provisions of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement (RTPP) Rules, 2013. The selected consultant will be appointed for a period of six months, starting from the date of issuance of the Letter of Intent (LoI).
The tender does not specify requirements for Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) or Performance Bank Guarantee (PBG), which are typically part of such processes. Instead, the focus is placed on the submission of mandatory processing and tender fees.
Key Dates and Submission Deadlines
The tender document was made available for download on July 22, 2025, which also marked the opening of the bid submission window. Interested firms must ensure that the physical copies of both the processing fee and tender fee are submitted by July 29, 2025, no later than 1:30 PM.
The deadline for uploading the online bid and accessing the tender documents is July 29, 2025, at 1:00 PM. The technical bids are scheduled to be opened on July 30, 2025, at 12:00 PM.
Fee Structure and Payment Instructions
As per the tender notice, bidders are required to submit a non-refundable processing fee of INR 2,500. This fee must be paid through a demand draft drawn in favour of the Managing Director, RISL, Jaipur, and payable at Jaipur. In addition, a non-refundable tender fee of INR 5,900 is applicable.
Bidders may pay this amount using a demand draft, cheque, or by submitting a valid digital payment receipt in favour of Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam. These payments are prerequisites for participating in the bid process.
