Statcon Energiaa Gets Rotomag Backing To Boost Clean Energy Expansion
Statcon Energiaa Private Limited (Statcon Energiaa) has secured an investment from Rotomag Enertec Limited, which now holds a majority stake in Statcon Energiaa.
Sharing the details of the company's latest project, it said in a press release, "This investment marks a significant milestone in Statcon Energiaa’s journey, enabling them to scale their indigenously developed solutions. Statcon Energiaa is the 1st Indian company to fully design, manufacture, and commercially sell their on-grid solar inverters. Statcon Energiaa’s existing product range also includes power converters for Green Hydrogen, Defence, Railways, and Power sectors."
The company, while sharing details of its previous project, said, "Statcon Energiaa has also recently finalised a deal with AEG PS, Germany, through which they aim to capture a significant market share in Green Hydrogen rectifiers in India."

Through this investment, both companies are set to pursue their goal, which includes:
Development and deployment of next-generation MW-BESS solutions
Scaling of indigenised solar inverter production, especially for hybrid and three-phase on-grid systems
Deepening efforts in the green hydrogen rectifier space
Joint R&D for advanced energy solutions using lithium-ion batteries
Expansion into international markets with a focus on Asia, Africa, and the Middle East
