RenewSys Rolls Out Conserv Augmensheet for Advanced PV Module Lines

Mumbai-based RenewSys India has launched CONSERV® AUGMENSHEET, a sheet encapsulant developed for insulating and sealing busbar and junction box areas in solar modules. Supplied in reel format, the company said the product supports automatic feed-in on fully automated module manufacturing lines, enabling higher productivity and consistent processing for next-generation solar module production.

RenewSys adds that the product is compatible with all new-generation PV module manufacturing lines, including Glass-to-Glass and Glass-to-Backsheet configurations, and supports a wide range of module architectures and advanced cell technologies. It is available in flexible width options ranging from 30 mm to 100 mm. CONSERV® AUGMENSHEET can be customised to suit diverse module designs and production requirements.

Currently, RenewSys has 30 GW capacity with 4 GW backsheets, along with a 5 GW solar cell line under installation.

CONSERV® AUGMENSHEET is based on advanced CONSERV® encapsulant technology and is available in EPE, EVA, and POE variants. Its engineered formulation and precision manufacturing deliver key performance advantages, including:
