Radiance Renewables Elevates Nitin Bhatia To CEO By Chitrika Grover/ Updated On Mon, May 26th, 2025 Radiance Renewables has appointed Nitin Bhatia as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Radiance Renewables. Bhatia brings over two and a half decades of leadership experience in investment banking and infrastructure finance, with significant roles in Tata Capital, and Babcock & Brown. The company said, “Since Radiance’s inception in 2019, Nitin has been a driving force behind our journey, shaping our financial strategy and growth as our Chief Financial Officer — a role he will continue to hold alongside his new responsibilities as CEO.” Bhatia is a postgraduate in Finance from the International Management Institute (IMI) New Delhi and a law graduate from Government Law College. “It’s an honor to step into the role of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Radiance Renewables.
