Premier Energies and Germany’s RENA Technologies GmbH have entered into a technology partnership focused on process innovation for N-Type solar cells and the development of wet chemistry for next-generation tandem solar cell technologies.

Premier Energies, an integrated solar cell and module manufacturer, in collaboration with Germany-based RENA Technologies GmbH, combines Premier Energies' large-scale manufacturing capabilities with RENA’s wet chemistry and equipment solutions.  Together, the companies aim to push the frontiers of high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing, targeting breakthroughs in cell performance, production throughput, and sustainable manufacturing processes.

Sudhir Reddy, Director and Chief Strategy Officer, Premier Energies, commented: “This partnership positions Premier at the forefront of the N-Type efficiency curve and paves the way for our advancement into tandem cell development—an essential step in the evolution of solar cell technology.”
