Not Meeting Expectations

“Under the PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana being implemented by the Government of India, you were empanelled as a vendor. At the time of empanelment, it was expected that you would actively contribute to the effective implementation of the scheme and install, on average, at least one rooftop solar power plant per day,” the notice said.

It added, “However, it is a matter of deep concern that from the date of your empanelment till date, you have not installed even a single rooftop solar power plant. This clearly indicates that your contribution to this nationally important scheme has been nil. In view of this, you are hereby directed to submit your explanation immediately. In case a satisfactory explanation is not received, your vendor empanelment shall be cancelled.”
