Pace Digitek’s Lineage Power Appoints Ketan Chitnis as Chief Operating Officer

Pace Digitek has appointed Ketan Chitnis as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Senior Management Personnel at its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, it's subsidiary.

In a regulatory filing, Pace Digitek said that Ketan Chitnis will lead the Production, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Product Service, and Business Development departments, with the appointment effective from January 16, 2026.

His background includes strong entrepreneurial exposure and strategic business leadership across reputed organisations. He is known for building scalable operations, driving execution excellence, and leading high-impact business transformation initiatives across the energy storage value chain.

Previous Experience and Education

Ketan brings over two decades of professional leadership experience in the Energy Storage Solutions and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) domain. Ketan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) degree from Mumbai University and is also a Fellow of the Institution of Valuers.

Prior to joining Pace Digitek, he was associated with Larsen & Toubro (L&T) Energy (Greentech) as Business Head – Energy Storage Solutions, where he led strategic initiatives in the Advanced Chemistry Cell and energy storage systems businesses. This included planning large-scale greenfield manufacturing facilities and global technology partnerships.

His previous leadership assignments include roles at Exide Leclanche Energy Private Limited, Waaree Energies Limited, and Base Corporation Limited, along with 17 years of entrepreneurial experience. This reflects a strong ownership mindset and execution-oriented leadership.
