Pace Digitek Q3 Results- Strong order Book Underpins 13.5% Revenue Growth

Bengaluru-based storage firm Pace Digitek Limited has released Q3FY26 financial results. The firm which listred on the main board of the stock exchanges in Q3 only, has delivered a healthy  operational and financial performance with significant growth in both revenue and order book.

Consolidated revenue from operations reached Rs. 644 crores in Q3, a 13.5% year-on-year growth and a 20.7% quarter-on-quarter increase, reflecting strong execution capabilities and market demand.

The company maintained healthy profitability with an EBITDA margin of 18.3% and PAT margin of 12.2%. While EBITDA showed a marginal decline of 2.8% year-on-year, it demonstrated strong quarter-on-quarter growth of 25.3%, indicating improved operational efficiency in recent quarters.

Strong Order Book and Business Pipeline

Pace Digitek's continues to add to its order book with total orders reaching Rs. 8467.8 crores as of January 31, 2026. The company secured new order wins worth Rs. 3128.7 cr post Q2FY26.

The pivot to large scale stationary storage continues to show in its contribution of  Rs. 6004.2 cr, while the legacy telecom and ICT segment contributes Rs. 2463.7 cr.

Operational Highlights

During the quarter, the company delivered 200 MWh BESS and successfully commissioned 125 MWh BESS during FY2026. Asset creation under the energy vertical reached Rs. 167.4 cr from September 2025 to December 2025.

The telecom infrastructure segment also demonstrated strong execution with 417 telecom power equipment commissioned, 428 new telecom towers erected, and 1,891 km of optical fiber cable deployed during the quarter.

Capacity Expansion

Pace Digitek is actively expanding its manufacturing capabilities to support future growth. The company is scaling its BESS manufacturing capacity from the current 2.5 GWh to 10 GWh through multiple facility expansions. The expansion includes existing capacity enhancement, new facility development, and backward integration through container fabrication capabilities.

Strategic Initiatives

The company has incorporated TransGreenX Energy Private Limited as a new entity to act as an asset-holding and project development company for renewable projects. This strategic move supports the company's BOO (Build-Own-Operate) project portfolio of Rs. 3250.0 cr as of January 31, 2026.;;;
