Pace Digitek has recently received an order worth Rs 929.76 crore (including taxes) from the Maharashtra State Power Generation Company Limited (MSPGCL).
In a filing before the exchanges, the company informed its investors that it secured the order to develop a 200 MWAc grid-connected ground-mounted solar power plant under a 300 MWAc project, along with the associated power evacuation arrangement to the STU substation.
The company explained that it would undertake the design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, inspection, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar project, including three years of Operation and Maintenance (O&M). This project is expected to be completed within 450 days from the date of acceptance of a Letter of Award (LoA).
Pace Digiteck Boosts BESS & Solar Portfolio Post Listing
Post listing on the stock exchange in October this year, Pace Digitek has won a series of battery energy storage system (BESS) project orders. Pace commissioned its first BESS site in Maharashtra—a 20 MWh project for MSEDCL—and secured the Commercial Operation Date (COD) on September 26, 2025.
Pace Digitek has so far has three manufacturing facilities in Karnataka — two are located at Kumbalgodu, and a BESS facility is located at Bidadi. The Kumbalgodu units produce telecom power systems, lithium-ion battery packs, and passive telecom equipment, while the Bidadi plant, inaugurated in 2025, focuses on large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) manufacturing under the Make in India initiative.
The company has so far made a capital Investment to deploy Rs. 6,300 million into subsidiary Pace Renewable Energies Pvt. Ltd. (PREPL) to support the MSEDCL BESS
project.
Together, these facilities enable end-to-end control over design, manufacturing, and quality, strengthening Pace Digitek’s leadership in telecom and energy storage solutions.
EPC Projects
The company recently said that it has an order book of Rs. 5,869 crore in the energy segment over the last year. It projects this order book to grow to Rs. 8,000 crore by March 2026. On the EPC side, it has developed an order book that is a mix of supply, EPC, and developer-model orders.
