MNRE Invites Bids for Publication of its ‘Akshay Urja’ Magazine

The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE) has issued a tender inviting sealed bids from reputed organisations located within Delhi and NCR, for the publication of its bi-monthly magazine ‘Akshay Urja’ in electronic format.

As per the tender document, the magazine will be published both in Hindi and English separately in e-book format.

Initially, it will be assigned on a rate contract basis for one year and can be extendable for another two terms (one term is for one year), subject to terms & conditions.

However, the last date for application submission is November 24, 2019.

The major scope of work includes development of publication material related to renewable energy via various sources; preparation, editing and proof reading of the material; designing and layout of the magazine; interview eminent personalities; a maximum of 6 commercial renewable energy advertisements can be published on cost sharing basis i.e. 70 percent for MNRE and 30 percent for the organization; dispatch of magazine via e-mailers among others.

Further, both technical and financial bids should be submitted separately by interested bidders clearly mentioning ‘Technical Bid for preparation of Akshay Urja Magazine’ and ‘Financial Bid for preparation of Akshay Urja Magazine’ on top of the sealed envelope, without which the bid can be rejected, the tender notification added.

Meanwhile, the pre-bid meeting for the interested organization willing to submit their bid will be held in the Ministry on November 26, 2019.
