The Mukhya Mantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana (MSKVY) 2.0 package includes comprehensive operation and management (O&M) for three years. Additionally, the tender specified that out of the total 1,352 MW, SGEL is now inviting bids for a BoS (Balance of System) package to set up 401 MW of projects across 28 sites in Maharashtra.

Under the scope of the tender, SGEL plans to develop 1,352 MW projects across four areas in Maharashtra, spread across 102 locations. The project includes a 154 MW project in Pune spread across nine locations, a 304 MW project in Nasik across 22 locations, a 315 MW project in Ahmednagar across 19 locations, and a 579 MW project spread across Solapur.

SJVN Green, in its tender, specified that these 28 projects, with a cumulative capacity of 401 MW, have been divided into four groups. The land required for the solar projects will be arranged by the BoS contractor, except for the parcels for which SGEL has already executed land lease agreements as specified in the tender. However, since the land lease agreements executed by SGEL for Project Nos. 21 and 22 of Group 3 cover less than 4 acres per MW, the contractor will be required to acquire the remaining land.

The tender grouped the project as follows: a 97 MW Ahmednagar project under Group 1 across six locations; a 107 MW Nasik project across six locations; another 114 MW Nasik project across six locations; and an 83 MW Nasik project also spread across six locations. In total, the 401 MW solar projects under the SGEL tender will be implemented across 28 locations.
