KP Group Subsidiaries Shine: KPI Green Crosses 950 MW, KP Energy Hits 1 GW

KP Group wrapped up the Annual General Meetings (AGMs) of its three companies with strong revenue margins.

KPI Green Energy Limited (17th AGM), KP Energy Limited (16th AGM), and KP Green Engineering Limited (24th AGM) highlighted the Group’s robust performance and ongoing expansion.

KPI Green’s IPP, CPP Capacity Crosses 950 MW

In a release, KPI Green Energy reported consolidated growth of 70% at its 17th AGM, with installed capacity crossing 950 MW in the IPP and CPP segments.

The company currently has a robust project pipeline of 2.96 GW, supported by a 5,946-acre land bank and over 3,264 MW of evacuation capacity. It has also expanded into Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and Maharashtra.

KP Energy Crosses 1 GW Installed Renewable Capacity

KP Group’s arm, KP Energy, at its 16th AGM showcased its achievement of crossing 1 GW of installed renewable capacity, including 243 MW of hybrid solar-wind projects.

The company also executed MoUs in Rajasthan, Odisha, and Madhya Pradesh, initiated pilots in battery storage, and deepened technology integration through its Network Operations Centre. With a bold target of 10 GW capacity by 2030, KP Energy is advancing into offshore wind, floating solar, BESS, and green hydrogen.

KP Green Engineering Earns ₹709 Cr in Revenues

At its 24th AGM, KP Green Engineering reported revenues of ₹709 crore and profits of ₹73 crore. It also shared details of its newly inaugurated 45-acre factory, equipped with galvanising tanks with 4 lakh MT an annual production capacity, incorporating green hydrogen. KP Green Engineering continues to diversify with 22 product lines across renewable energy, infrastructure, power, telecom, and transport.
