KP Energy Limited, a subsidiary of the KPI Group, today announced the financial results of the company. The company is a balance of plant (BoP) solutions provider for wind energy and wind-solar hybrid projects. As per the latest data shared by the company, it reported a rise in both revenue and profit on a yearly as well as quarterly basis.

In the latest quarter (Q2FY26), the company reported total revenue of Rs 300.69 crore, compared to Rs 219.47 crore in the previous quarter (Q1FY26) and Rs 198.62 crore in Q2FY25. Thus, on a year-on-year (YoY) basis, the firm recorded a 51.4% growth in revenue, and on a quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) basis, it registered a 37% increase.

The company also announced its half-yearly results for the current financial year ending September 2025. It reported total revenue of Rs 520.16 crore in H1FY26, compared to Rs 325.80 crore in H1FY25, registering a growth of 59%.

Rise In Profits

On the profitability front, the company reported a net profit (PAT) of Rs 35.94 crore in Q2FY26, compared to Rs 25.42 crore in Q1FY26 and Rs 24.94 crore in Q2FY25. Thus, on a YoY basis, the firm recorded 44% growth in PAT, while on a QoQ basis, it reported a 41.4% increase.

The company also showed strong performance on a half-yearly basis. As per the available data, it reported a PAT of Rs 61.37 crore in H1FY26, compared to Rs 43.15 crore in H1FY25, marking a growth of 34.2%.

EBITDA

The consolidated EBITDA for Q2FY26 stood at Rs 68.57 crore, marking an increase of about 57% from Rs 43.71 crore in Q2FY25. For H1FY26, EBITDA stood at Rs 118.19 crore compared to Rs 74.13 crore in H1FY25, representing a growth of about 59%.

The company stated that it has a multi-year order book of over 2 GW in the pipeline. It has also undertaken BoP initiatives to explore offshore wind projects of 1–2 GW in Gujarat and Tamil Nadu as part of its BoP participation. Additionally, the company has received in-principle approval for a 100 MW ISTS connectivity project.
