Kosol Energie to Install 4 MW Ground-Mounted Solar Plant for Mafatlal Industries

Kosol Energie Pvt. Ltd. said it will install a 4 megawatt (MW) ground-mounted solar power plant at Mafatlal Industries Ltd.’s manufacturing facility in Nadiad, marking the textile maker’s latest move to increase the use of renewable energy in its operations.

The project, to be executed by Kosol Energie, is expected to generate around 6.5 million units of electricity annually and reduce Mafatlal Industries’ dependence on grid power. The company said the installation would support its long-term sustainability strategy by lowering carbon emissions and improving energy cost stability.
