The Thiruvananthapuram railway division, one of the six administrative divisions of the Southern Railway Zone of the Indian Railways, has invited bids for the supply of solar-powered AC plants in running rooms in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.
The deadline for bid submission is January 13, 2022, at 2 PM. Bidding will commence on December 30, 2021.

The Thiruvananthapuram railway division, one of the six administrative divisions of the Southern Railway Zone of the Indian Railways, has invited bids for the supply of solar-powered AC plants in running rooms in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

The deadline for bid submission is January 13, 2022, at 2 PM. Bidding will commence on December 30, 2021. The bids will be valid for 45 days and the project has to be completed within 120 days. Bidders must quote the rates inclusive of GST.

According to the tender document released by the Indian Railways, a pre-bid conference will not take place and no earnest money deposit or bid security or tender document cost is to be paid. Rather, applicants are required to submit a bid security declaration in lieu of the bid security money.

The scope of the work, as defined in the tender document, is as follows:

Bidders are not required to fulfil any eligibility criteria since the project costs less than 50 lakhs. In the e-tendering process, it is mandatory for every tenderer/contractor/firm registered with www.ireps.gov.in to submit his bank details: name of the bank, bank branch code, account number, IFSC code and PAN number, mentions the tender document.
