Indian Oil Rooftop Solar

The Indian Oil Corporation (IOCL) has issued a tender inviting online bids for deployment of 30 kWp on-grid Rooftop Solar Power Plant at (Corporation Owned Corporation Operated) COCOs at Chainage 101.200 km & 104.300 km at Agra- Lucknow Expressway under Agra DO and at COCO under Bareilly DO UPSO-II.

The brief scope of work for selected bidders will include the Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) and the Comprehensive Operation & Maintenance of the proposed 30 kWp rooftop plants for a period of one year and an additional 4 years under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC).

The last date of bid submission is March 14, 2019, and the bids will be opened on the next date March 15, 2019.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 42,61,332 and all bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 43 thousand along with their bids.

All selected bidders will have a period of two months from the 10days from the date of issue of commencement order or actual handing over of the site whichever is earlier, to complete the work on the project.

IOCL has also issued a tender for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of a new battery charger and solar panels at its Northern Refinery Pipelines in Panipat.

The last date of bid submission is March 26, 2019, and the bids will be opened on March 27, 2019. All bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit of Rs 57 thousand along with their bids, and the work on the project must be completed in a period of four months from the issuance of the letter of award.

In February, IOCL issued a tender for setting up of a 2 MW solar power plant at its bottling plant in Dhanaj, Maharashtra. The power generated by the plants will be used for captive consumption at multiple IOCL locations across Maharashtra through Open Access Agreement and Energy Wheeling Agreement.
