Haryana Govt Tenders For 15,541 Solar Home, Lighting Systems

In a detailed tender issued this week, the government of Haryana has asked for bids for supplying Solar Home Systems, and Solar Lighting Systems to the state. These will be used by Anganwadi Centres, Schools and other Government and Public buildings in Haryana.

The tender has two models. Model One, for supply installation and commissioning of 11,241 LED Based Solar Home System for Anganwadi Centres of the Haryana State with five years warranty of complete system required by New &
Renewable Energy Department, Haryana.

Model two calls for Supply, installation and commissioning of 4,300 LED Based SPV Home Lighting System (Manohar Jyoti) with five years warranty of complete system required by New & Renewable Energy Department, Haryana for installation anywhere in the state.

Open only for Indian firms, with a provison for Haryana registered firms and startups also, the tender specifies that domestically manufactured PV Module with domestically manufactured solar PV cells should be used. The PV modules should be made up of crystalline silicon solar cells and must have BIS certificate for IS 14286 & IS 61730 (Part-I, Part II). PV modules must meet the latest specifications of MNRE and the models and Manufacturers of PV Modules shall be included in the List of Models and Manufacturers for Solar PV Modules empaneled by MNRE as per its ALMM order.

A positive net worth, besides  a  minimum average annual turnover 30% of the estimated bid value amounting to Rs.1152 lakhs in the last three years, ending 31st March of the previous Financial Year i.e. upto 2020-21 is also a must. with exemptions as per rules for startups .

The last date for submission of EMD’s is July 1, while final dates for submissions is July 5.
