Green energy stocks largely weathered the impact of the ongoing trade war and tensions in the Middle East, even as the Sensex and Nifty rose about 1% during today’s trading session.
Among renewable energy companies, Emmvee Photovoltaic Power, ACME Solar and Solex Energy recorded the highest gains, with each stock rising close to 3%. Oswal Pumps also registered a notable uptick, advancing over 2% during the session.
However, newly listed Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions declined by more than 3%, emerging as one of the key laggards among green energy stocks for the day.
