GoodWe, a global leader in photovoltaic (PV) inverters and energy storage solutions, has announced a strategic partnership with ACI Motors, a key player in Bangladesh’s energy and machinery sector. The collaboration was officially launched in Dhaka.
The partnership focuses on leveraging GoodWe’s global expertise in high-efficiency solar inverter technology alongside ACI Motors’ local distribution network and market knowledge. Together, the two aim to increase the adoption of solar energy across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors throughout Bangladesh.
James Hou, Head of Sales for the Asia Pacific region at GoodWe, commented, “Bangladesh has tremendous potential for solar energy growth, and this partnership reinforces our dedication to empowering the nation with reliable, efficient, and sustainable PV solutions. With ACI Motors’ extensive reach and trusted reputation, we are confident that this collaboration will make clean energy more accessible to communities and businesses across the country.”
Subrata Ranjan Das, Managing Director at ACI Motors, added, “We are proud to partner with GoodWe, a global leader in solar technology. Together, we aim to provide Bangladeshi consumers with world-class solar products that deliver efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.”
New Range of Inverters
At the launch event, GoodWe showcased its latest range of PV inverters and energy storage systems, tailored to meet Bangladesh’s unique climatic and market conditions. The event attracted industry leaders, government officials, EPC partners, and other stakeholders, highlighting the critical role of strategic partnerships in achieving the country’s clean energy goals.
Bangladesh has now started building its renewable network with domestic players spearheading the revolution. Recently, Radiant Alliance, a subsidiary of East Coast Group, has become the first Bangladeshi company to export solar photovoltaic (PV) modules to the United States.
