Pune-based GK Energy which has listed recently has reported ₹728.83 crore revenue from operations for the first half of FY26 (H1FY26), covering the six months up to September 2025. In the second quarter of FY26 (Q2FY26), the company recorded consolidated revenue of ₹404.05 crore.
The company’s profitability also improved during the period. GK Energy posted a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹84.23 crore for H1FY26, while its PAT for Q2FY26 stood at ₹46.91 crore. Companies' Profit After Tax (PAT) margin also improved from 11.56% in the H1FY26 to Rs. 11.61% in Q2FY26.
The company also showed growth in the solar pump systems installed, reaching 13,675. Its revenue from operations rose to ₹358.50 crore, with its EBITDA increasing to ₹74.68 crore, and its consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) improving to ₹46.91 crore in Q2FY26.
H1 Growth
According to the company’s half-yearly performance (H1 FY26), GK Energy’s revenue from operations rose to ₹636.82 crore in the EPC business, with ₹92.01 crore earned from other revenue from operations, taking the total revenue to ₹728.83 crore.
On a consolidated basis, its EBITDA reached ₹132.74 crore, and its PAT in H1 FY26 touched ₹84.23 crore.

Some Key Highlights on Q2FY26 Performance
GK Energy in the H1FY26 installed 24,502 Solar Powered Pump Systems in as compared to 16,251 Solar Powered pump Systems in H1FY25 - 50.77% growth over the previous year.
EBITDA from the core EPC business of Solar Powered Pump Systems and Solar Rooftop expanded to 20.20% of Revenue from operations in H1FY26 as compared to 18.96% in H1FY25.
The company expects to maintain/improve EBITDA margins during the remaining part of the year. Trade Receivables days increased from 135 days of Revenue from operations
(standalone) for H1FY25 to 181 days of Revenue from operations (Consolidated) for
H1FY26.
The current order book of Solar Powered Pump Systems stands at ₹863.98 crores as on 30 September 2025, to be installed by 15 February 2026. It also entered into a Definitive agreement for the procurement of 875 MW SPV DCR Cells to be procured up to 31 March 2027
