FY25: Premier Energies Reports Four-Fold Increase In Profits Premier Energies, the Hyderabad-based solar module and solar cell manufacturer, has announced its financial results for Q4 of FY25 and the annual results for FY25. The firm, which forayed into the stock market last year, reported a 167 percent year-on-year (YoY) rise in net profit for the fourth quarter (Q4) of fiscal year 2024–25, driven by higher revenues and improved operational scale. The company posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 277.85 crore for the three months ended March 31, up from Rs 103.96 crore in the same period last year. Total revenue for the quarter rose 47.6 percent to Rs 1,680.32 crore. The results revealed that profit rose 9 percent from ₹255.22 crore in the third quarter. Profit Jumps 4 Times Annually For the full year ended March 31, Premier Energies recorded a profit of ₹937.13 crore, close to four times the previous year’s profit of ₹231.36 crore. Total income for FY25 stood at ₹6,652.09 crore, up 109.7 percent from ₹3,171.31 crore in FY24. Total expenses for FY25 climbed to ₹5,412.88 crore, with sharp increases noted in material consumption (₹3,436.40 crore) and depreciation (₹497.52 crore), indicating expansion in manufacturing capacity. Say Yes To Expansion and backward Integration Assets Doubled The company’s total assets nearly doubled to ₹6,841.40 crore as of March 31, 2025, from ₹3,554.12 crore a year earlier. Cash and cash equivalents rose to ₹802.58 crore from ₹257.00 crore.
