Euler Motors Unveils Turbo EV 1000 Electric Mini Truck With Up to 170 KM Range

Indian electric vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors has introduced the Turbo EV 1000, a 1-tonne electric mini truck. Turbo EV 1000 is designed to offer high performance at an accessible price point and is being touted as the world’s first mass-market electric mini truck in its class.

Affordable Pricing Meets Strong Performance

The Turbo EV 1000 comes with an ex-showroom price starting at INR 5.99 lakhs, targeting businesses keen to switch to electric fleets but constrained by high upfront costs. 

The truck promises a real-world driving range of 140-170 kilometres on a single charge. With a torque output of 140 Nm and 230mm disc brakes mounted on an R13 wheel platform, Euler claims that the Turbo EV 1000 offers the highest performance metrics in the 1-tonne commercial vehicle segment. 

This EV is designed to meet diverse urban and peri-urban transport needs.

Efficient Fast Charging to Minimise Downtime

The vehicle supports fast-charging capabilities through CCS2 technology. It enables a 50-kilometre driving range within 15 minutes at compatible public charging stations. This feature is critical for fleet operators who require minimal downtime and consistent vehicle availability for their day-to-day operations, the company states.

Cost Savings, Variants and Financing Options

Euler Motors highlights that the Turbo EV 1000 delivers annual operational savings of approximately INR 1.15 lakhs compared to conventional diesel trucks. These savings arise from significantly lower fuel expenses, reduced maintenance needs, and overall favourable total cost of ownership economics over the vehicle’s lifespan.

To cater to different business requirements, Euler has launched three variants of the Turbo EV 1000. These include CITY priced at INR 5.99 lakhs, FAST CHARGE priced at INR 8.19 lakhs, and MAXX priced at INR 7.19 lakhs.

The company also offers flexible financing options, including EMI packages starting at INR 10,000 per month with a down payment of INR 49,999, making electric truck ownership more accessible for small fleet operators and individual entrepreneurs.

This electric mini truck marks Euler’s third product and second four-wheeler commercial vehicle, following their Storm EV model. The Turbo EV 1000 incorporates nine segment-first innovations aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and driver experience.
