Esyasoft e-Mobility and Park+ have announced a partnership to set up 10,000 electric vehicle (EV) chargers across India over the next three years. The collaboration represents a Rs 100 crore investment aimed at expanding EV charging access in everyday environments.
The partnership combines Park+'s network across residential societies, corporate campuses, and commercial properties with Esyasoft e-Mobility’s AI-driven charging technology platform.
The CEO of Esyasoft e-Mobility, A K Sawan, said, “Park+'s presence across housing societies, corporates, malls, and REIT-managed properties allows us to build smart and accessible charging networks that fit seamlessly into the user’s lifestyle,” he said.
Phase-Wise Deployment Across Key Cities
The initial deployment phase is planned to begin in Bengaluru, followed by Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, and other major metropolitan areas.
Each rollout will focus on integrating charging options into residential clusters, corporate campuses, and high-footfall commercial locations to ensure widespread availability.
Amit Lakhotia, CEO of Park+, said, “With EV adoption rising rapidly across India, providing reliable and accessible charging infrastructure is essential for sustained growth in the segment,” he said.
Technology Behind the Charging Network
Esyasoft e-Mobility’s AI-enabled platform supports both AC and DC charging solutions. The system offers advanced features such as real-time charger visibility, cashless payments, automated diagnostics, predictive maintenance, smart energy management, and carbon savings analytics.
Park+ currently operates across 7,500+ residential societies and 600+ corporate campuses and malls, with more than 18,000 mobility installations and over 20 million app downloads nationwide. Its digital ecosystem will support Esyasoft’s connected charging services to enable smooth, app-based charging operations.
India’s Growing EV Infrastructure Gap
India’s EV charging infrastructure has witnessed rapid expansion, registering about 29,000 new installations in the last five years. However, to fulfil the growing demand, India needs a lot more. As per a report from GameChanger Law Advisors and Speciale Invest, to meet its ambitious 2030 EV adoption targets, India needs to install at least 3.9 million EV Chargers point. This highlights a huge gap with just about 4 years remaining.
