The installation of the cleaning robotic system will enable the solar plant to clean the panels automatically and with zero water wastage. The robotic system will save the plant around 1 billion liters of water annually.

Dust on the solar panels is loss incurring factor that reduce the energy collection by almost 20 percent.

Moreover, when the solar panels are cleaned using water, the chances are more for the dust to still be accumulated on the solar modules. With the use of water-free cleaning robots, which use high-speed dusters and air pressure, there is no chance of any dust being accumulated on the solar panels.

CEO, Ecoppia, Eran Meller said, “The Company is looking forward to extending its partnership with the Actis Group, owner of the sprng platform, to additional regions.”

Actis Group is a leader of innovative sustainability of different resources of life. The 325 MW solar farm is under the management of Actis Group.
