Hyderabad-based Bondada Engineering has recently commissioned 78.3 MW solar projects for NLC, Paradigm IT, and Mahagenco across various clusters. The company shared in a regulatory filing that these projects are located in Neyveli (Tamil Nadu), Amaravati, Hingoli, Dhule, and Pathardi (Maharashtra) as of September 30, 2025.
In an exhange filing, the company explained that this milestone was achieved despite facing challenging monsoon conditions, with Maharashtra witnessing one of the heaviest rainfalls this season, leading to severe site inundations.
Bondada Engineering Increases 127% Compared to Q1
Bondada’s Solar Division commissioned its projects on time. The company recently closed the first quarter ended June 30, 2025, of the financial year 2025–26 with significant growth in revenue performance.
During the quarter, the company’s standalone turnover increased by 127% compared to the corresponding period of the previous financial year. Consolidated turnover also recorded robust growth of 136% over the same quarter last year. Notably, the consolidated turnover for this quarter exceeded even the first-half revenue of the previous financial year by 8%.
AP Govt Approves Bondada's 2 GW Solar Projects
Addressing members at the 13th Annual General Meeting (AGM), Bondada Raghavendra Rao, Chairman and Managing Director, said the company’s Solar IPP has previously received approvals from the Andhra Pradesh government for 2 GW of projects (1 GW CPP and 1 GW IPP).
He further shared the company’s plans to expand its solar footprint by adding around 7 GWh through EPC projects by 2030. Rao added that significant progress has already been made in land acquisition, with 9,000 acres mapped and pooling underway.
