Bluebird Solar Launches N-Type TOPCon Dual Glass PV Module

Greater Noida-based PV Module manufacturer Bluebird Solar has launched its N-Type TOPCon PV Modules at RenewX, Hyderabad by exhibiting 600W N-TOPCon dual glass Bi-Facial PV Module. The modules have a light conversion efficiency of 23.25% and bifaciality factor of 70 +/- 5% the Bluebird 600Wp TOPCon Solar PV Module.

According to Bluebird Solar, 600Wp TOPCon Bi-Facal dual Glass solar panel engineered with 16BB Technology minimises resistive losses and increases power generation. Its design features cylindrical tabbing wires and AR-coated glass, enhancing sunlight absorption for increased energy generation. Under standard test conditions, the Open Circuit voltage (Voc) is 53.29V and the Short Circut Current (Isc) is 13.76A. Bluebird N-TOPCon solar panels exhibit a reduced temperature coefficient, leading to minimal power loss as temperatures rise. This advantage enables TOPCon panels to excel in hot climates by maintaining higher power output even in elevated temperatures.

Bluebird Solar N-TOPCon PV modules do have a robust 12-year warranty, accompanied by an impressive 30-year linear performance guarantee. This warranty ensures minimal degradation, starting at just 2% in the first year and decreasing to a mere 0.55% from the second year onward, maintaining optimal performance for three decades.

Apart from this, Bluebird Solar is also planning mass production of a diversified portfolio of TOPCon PV modules from 500Wp to 700Wp to cater to the rising power needs of utility-scale, commercial, and residential markets. Available with either 132 or 144 half-cells and featuring 16 bus bars, these modules are crafted using 3.2mm ARC glass.

They are available with white or transparent back sheet options, 2mm glass in glass-to-glass configuration. Bluebird TOPCon PV modules have an efficiency of >24% with these versatile configurations. These TOPCon panels are designed to operate within a maximum system voltage of 1500V. Their operational temperature range spans from -40°C to 85°C.

Bluebird Solar also has a 400MW fully automated manufacturing unit equipped with AI-enabled high-tech machinery to manufacture Mono Half-Cut & TOPCon solar PV Modules. The panels come in both Mono & Bi – Facial categories.
