The ₹500-crore company said the upcoming plant will span 20 acres, with an additional 5 acres for infrastructure, and feature fully automated, AI-driven production lines. The facility will manufacture high-efficiency bifacial modules based on N-Type TOPCon technology, offering outputs of up to 650 Wp.

ADM Solar said the new facility would integrate real-time defect detection, thermal imaging, and electroluminescence inspections to ensure precision and quality. The use of robotics and advanced data analytics is expected to optimize manufacturing and reduce material waste, aligning with global sustainability benchmarks.

The company added that its modules will be compliant with BIS and UL certifications, targeting utility-scale, commercial, and residential projects.

In addition to the manufacturing expansion, ADM Solar is also entering the e-waste management sector to support circular economy practices. The initiative aims to promote responsible recycling and resource recovery in line with India’s broader sustainability goals.

Operating from its base in the Delhi NCR region and supported by a national network of agents and offices, ADM Solar offers monocrystalline and polycrystalline panels tailored to varying climatic conditions. The company is listed under India’s Approved List of Models and Manufacturers (ALMM) and is a beneficiary of the government’s Production Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme.

The expansion, ADM Solar said, will enhance its role as a supplier to EPC contractors, developers, and consumers, supporting India’s transition to clean energy.

Several solar manufacturers are making significant investments in Uttar Pradesh to establish or expand their production facilities. True Power Limited has begun constructing a 1 GW solar module manufacturing plant in Barabanki, marking the state’s first such facility. In Greater Noida, SAEL Industries is setting up an integrated 5 GW solar cell and 5 GW module production unit with an estimated investment of ₹8,200 crore. Avaada Group, through its Avaada Electro division, has already launched a 1.5 GW solar module plant and is developing a larger 5 GW integrated facility in the same region. Meanwhile, Alpex Solar, also based in Greater Noida, is expanding with a 1.6 GW solar cell plant as part of its capacity enhancement plans.

These developments position Uttar Pradesh as a growing hub for solar manufacturing in India, supported by strong policy backing and investor interest under national initiatives promoting domestic clean energy production.
