Geon(erstwhile Battrixx), the battery division of Kabra Extrusiontechnik, has launched its new range of lithium-ion inverterbatteries, expanding its energy solutions portfolio to meet the growing demand in the residential power backup segment. This marks Geon’s entry into the home inverter battery market, backed by its Research and Development (R&D) capabilities, proven lithium expertise, and pan-India presence.
The launch of inverter batteries marks the parent company, Kabra Extrusiontechnik’s first-ever entry into the B2C spacein its 60-year history, signaling a strategic shift toward direct consumer engagement and expanded market reach to drive significant growth.
Speaking on the launch, Anand Kabra, Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Kabra Extrusiontechnik Limited, said, “Kabra Extrusiontechnik Ltd.’s entry into the B2C space is a carefully planned move to accelerate Geon’s growth and strengthen our position in the fast-evolving battery industry. About the Product
Kabra explained briefly about the product. He said, "With our advanced lithium-ion inverter batteries, we aim to not only address the growing demand for home power backup but also play a pivotal role in enhancing energy access, especially in areas frequently affected by power cuts.
