Responsibilities:-
- Perform site commissioning & engineering for Wind Turbine Pitch system, CMS, SCADA and PPC
- Should be aware of SCADA Architecture with various interfacing protocol standards viz Modbus RTU/TCP-IP, OPC, DNP3, IEC etc.
- System understanding on Renewable (Wind, Solar) power generation process
- Compile data and write reports for renewable Wind projects.
- Working knowledge of industry standards including KPI’s & Grid compliance guidelines
- Compliance with internal and external customer safety and security requirements
- Working with contractors / sub-contractors
- Fostering smooth collaboration and communication with project stake holders (internal project teams, customer project teams and onsite contractors)
- Work and implement as per ISO procedures and guidelines.
Qualification and Experience:-
- B.E., B.Tech - Electrical engineering, Controls engineering, Power system and WTG site commissioning experience.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Wind Power Plant project SCADA, PPC, Pitch system commissioning
- Candidate should be versed with Wind park safety standards and should be GWO certified
- Experience working for a major Power Plant or OEMs
- Excellent language and communication skills, both verbal and written required
- Ability to interface with vendors & sub-contractors
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:-
- Proficiency with Wind Turbine equipment and IED’s independent commissioning.
- Experience with designing and implementing control system configuration (as per system Architecture)
- Basics of Networking.
- Hardware design (Control panels) and commissioning.
- Knowledge of Solar PV products, PV Process
- Programming Knowledge of C/ Matlab
