Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Taking ownership of the package, and understanding the information required, the timescales involved, the supply chain process, the logistics and site setup methodologies, the interface challenges and details, the dependencies and key activities, productivity rates, improvement opportunities and critical factors for quality and durability.
  • liaising closely with the Client team and Contractor’s team to be the pivot and conduit for effective and efficient production.
  • leading a team of Assistant Package Managers to cover the full extent of the associated work.
  • Being directly accountable and responsible for the lifts and escalators department.
  • Managing safety inspections of maintenance contractors to clarify that all working practices are compliant to Mace health and safety standards.
  • Liaising with all parties for project hand back.
  • Carrying out 4 weekly contract review meetings with maintenance contractors.
  • Managing regional office audits with the maintainer’s contract managers and branch managers.
  • Maintaining and reactive engineers’ documentation, invoicing, examination of reports close outs, health and safety and all correct documentation held on site.

Qualification And Experience:-

  • You will have a degree in a relevant field and a professional qualification preferred.
  • You have experience in the relevant field with a rounded understanding of how to execute installation all the way from technical drawings to commissioning and handover.
