Job Description

  • Create, shape and implement the recruitment process which align with the business strategies.
  • Allocate time to expanding professional network of internal and external contacts to recruit, improve or market the Edelman brand and attract top talent.
  • Lead, support and/or participate in interview, recruiting and onboarding processes to ensure candidates and employees of all levels and specialties are effectively integrated.
  • Developing Standardized TA Metrics Reports and TA Scorecard for weekly/ monthly reviews with the management.
  • Managing a high-performing recruiting team to deliver against aggressive hiring targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Developing hiring programs and initiatives for Employer Branding and Employee Referral Program, Internal Job Movement program.
  • Managing and developing external and internal communication relative to employment branding initiatives.
  • Leading the annual budget planning process for Talent Acquisition group.
  • Actively involved in forecasting the staffing requirements & implementing sourcing/recruitment strategies.
  • Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
  • Ensure programs incorporate and are aligned to industry trends, the firm’s business strategies, the goals of the HR organization and the priorities of the firm.
  • Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases.
  • Encourage innovation and development by keeping a future-looking perspective and anticipating needs.
  • Communicate diplomatically and proactively to provide strategic counsel to internal and external stakeholders to identify mutually-beneficial solutions to complex issues.
  • Strategically partner with finance, business leaders and other stakeholders to manage the resource requirements from a macro and micro perspective.
  • Recruit, evaluate, coach, train and motivate employees, managers and leadership.
  • Exhibit exceptional project, time and people management skills.
  • Support regional and global HR leaders and specialty functions with additional reactive and proactive projects, as requested.
  • Provide insightful guidance to proactively influence decisions.
  • Counsel employees and/or candidates on effective solutions to problems.
  • Demonstrate HR expertise through thoughtful decision-making, considering short-and long-term impacts and appropriately maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Consistently execute deliverables within budget and on time, using resources appropriately and by following policies and communication protocols.
  • Influence HR team members and business stakeholders to build consensus and produce mutually-beneficial outcomes.

Qualifications And Experience:-

  • At least eleven years’ of progressive experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/ human resources or a related field.
  • MS/MA in related discipline or HR management certification/PHR/SPHR preferred.
  • Proven track record of innovative HR management in a professional services environment.
  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure.
  • Advanced ability to efficiently and creatively solve problems.
  • Deep understanding of applicable employment laws and experience managing complex employee relations situations involving senior level staff.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
