Job Description

Responsibilities and Expectations:-

  • Builds, motivates and inspires a world-class team across capabilities/groups
  • Grows business profitably, based on customer needs and market insights
  • Serve as senior client counsellor and relationship manager
  • Identify, pursue and win business with new and existing clients
  • Contribute to business growth through introducing clients to new capabilities, building a network of \ contacts and participating in professional organizations
  • Maintain relationships with senior-level client contacts and internal contacts
  • Demonstrate professional behaviours and pursuit of excellence in all operations
  • Supervise staff by motivating, coaching, consistently providing feedback, holding them accountable and conducting their reviews

Qualifications And Experiences:-

  • At least 12 years of relevant experience in brand marketing or marketing communications – at a world-class integrated/digital/marketing organization on in this function at a corporation, as a client
  • Holds senior relationships (CMO level) and can expand our business with them
  • Clearly articulates business problem(s) that clients are looking to solve and ensures they are understood by anyone who touches the business
  • Core brand capabilities and offers include integrated campaign development, brand purpose, brand strategy and influencer
  • Be a steward for our Brand Trust IP and our Brand Trust Model
  • Ability to program across a variety of platforms, channels and audiences
  • Lead driver for consumer marketing IP (Earned Brand, Trust Barometer)

Client Growth and New Business Development:-

  • Creates growth plans for bringing in new capabilities against client needs
  • Client relationship-mapping and development across a portfolio
  • Seeks out new clients and actively participates in new business process
  • Encourage deep specialization with the agency (strategic planning, digital, creative and content, data and analytics)
  • Ability to drive cross-practice/cross-business/cross-sector expertise
  • Lead office-wide training for integrated marketing
