Trainee

• Work along with TN specialists both internally and externally to learn the talent sourcing methods and apply the learning to source the qualified talent.
• You will work on live hiring requirements, will be involved in sourcing qualified technical candidates.
• Communicate with TN Specialists.
• Build professional relationship and network.
• Schedule interviews when required, and learn other onboarding activities.

Requirements:-

• Pursing post graduate specialized in HR.
• Hands on exposure in using LinkedIn, MS Excel.
• Excellent English written and oral communication is must.
• Able to interact seamlessly with candidates.
• Able to communicate the position and Infineon value proposition.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Fair understanding about Talent Sourcing concepts.
• Fair understanding of networking tools and job boards.
• Ability to understand the semiconductor technical skills from recruiter’s perspective.
