- Work along with TN specialists both internally and externally to learn the talent sourcing methods and apply the learning to source the qualified talent.
- You will work on live hiring requirements, will be involved in sourcing qualified technical candidates.
- Communicate with TN Specialists.
- Build professional relationship and network.
- Schedule interviews when required, and learn other onboarding activities.
Requirements:-
- Pursing post graduate specialized in HR.
- Hands on exposure in using LinkedIn, MS Excel.
- Excellent English written and oral communication is must.
- Able to interact seamlessly with candidates.
- Able to communicate the position and Infineon value proposition.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Fair understanding about Talent Sourcing concepts.
- Fair understanding of networking tools and job boards.
- Ability to understand the semiconductor technical skills from recruiter’s perspective.
