- Help the regional marketing team in the development of proposals and presentations that are responsive
- Assists marketing department staff that produce responses to solicitations and presentations
- Serve as proposal manager for multiple proposals
- Work with local staff to identify growth opportunities and to better market and position the company
- Participate in developing business strategies and market initiatives that foster growth and cross-sector synergies across the RINA group
- Manage associated cost preparation responsibilities.
- Obtain factored / sub supplier costs where necessary.
- Prepare technical & commercial proposals.
- Attend clarification meetings with Client when required.
- Ensure that tenders meet company commercial guidelines and have the necessary sign off in accordance with the delegation of authority guidelines.
- Take responsibility for all associated handover documentation in the event of an order.
- Participate in and actively support company initiatives.
- Be familiar with the general specifications and market requirements.
- Familiar with the risks and hazards within the activities and processes of the role and procedures, practices and measures in place to mitigate the risk
- Ensure adherence to mandated business development processes including attending pre bid meetings, proposal making, client interaction and post bid delivery assistance

Education Required:-
- Bachelor’s degree in professional services field such as engineering, Business Administration,
Experience/Skills Required:-
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation and infrastructure bidding
- Must be able to perform all duties in the job description
Education:-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business Administration Finance Management
Qualifications:-
- 5+ years of experience managing a team of people on projects of moderate size/complexity and/or multiple projects simultaneously with a solid track record of successfully bidding for projects from EOI to RFP stage to post bid management
- Familiarity with proposal management methodologies and tools.
- Engineering Knowledge:
- Proficiency understanding of engineering concepts
- Ability to collaborate with engineers and technical experts.
- Team Management:
- Proven experience in assembling and leading project teams.
- Demonstrated ability to assign tasks based on team members' skills, motivate the team, and manage them effectively
- Software Skills:
- Proficiency in MS office
- Familiarity with engineering software is a plus.
