Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Maintain time schedule and budget for the sub-package.
  • Ensure interdisciplinary (Tower, Electrical, SCADA) coordination between sub-packages.
  • Deliver complete documentation package internally.
  • Resource allocation in cooperation with the project manager and line management.
  • Proactive approach to knowledge sharing among Engineering Managers.
  • Develops technological concepts as input for system and solution development.
  • Scope, Risk and Stakeholder Management
  • Work with various stakeholders within the organization to identify and assess product risks.
  • Must have the ability to think clearly to root causes and make logical decisions.
  • Should have the ability to recommend, convince, and implement the most pragmatic solutions

Desired Qualification and experience:-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Aero / Mechatronics engineering etc.,
  • Should have minimum 5 years of total experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in project management in wind / rail / aero / heavy machinery etc.,
  • Familiarity with SAP- is a must, good to have experience in Team Center
  • Should have strong technical background to envision unique technical challenges in every project and to develop and agree optimal technical specifications.
  • Possess strong capabilities to efficiently manage technical specifications to meet contractual requirements.
  • Must have had cross-functional experience working with various cross-functional teams globally.

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with technicians and Chief Engineers (all levels)
  • Strong, analytic and decision-making skills
  • Possess strong positive attitude, self-initiative, responsible and ownership mindset
  • Occasional business-related international travels required.
