Responsibilities:-

Maintain time schedule and budget for the sub-package.
Ensure interdisciplinary (Tower, Electrical, SCADA) coordination between sub-packages.
Deliver complete documentation package internally.
Resource allocation in cooperation with the project manager and line management.
Proactive approach to knowledge sharing among Engineering Managers.
Develops technological concepts as input for system and solution development.
Scope, Risk and Stakeholder Management
Work with various stakeholders within the organization to identify and assess product risks.
Must have the ability to think clearly to root causes and make logical decisions.
Should have the ability to recommend, convince, and implement the most pragmatic solutions

Desired Qualification and experience:-

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical / Electrical / Aero / Mechatronics engineering etc.,
Should have minimum 5 years of total experience, with minimum 3 years of experience in project management in wind / rail / aero / heavy machinery etc.,
Familiarity with SAP- is a must, good to have experience in Team Center
Should have strong technical background to envision unique technical challenges in every project and to develop and agree optimal technical specifications.
Possess strong capabilities to efficiently manage technical specifications to meet contractual requirements.
Must have had cross-functional experience working with various cross-functional teams globally.

Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills – ability to communicate effectively with technicians and Chief Engineers (all levels)
Strong, analytic and decision-making skills
Possess strong positive attitude, self-initiative, responsible and ownership mindset
Occasional business-related international travels required.
