Skills & Experience Required:-
- Provides support (e.g., break/fix, how to expertise, monitoring, testing, troubleshooting) for Supply Chain applications mainly but not limited to Procurement.
- Works collaboratively with Corporate IT Program/Project Managers to understand program requirements and assist with the evaluation of alternative solutions.
- Works closely with hosting and 3rd-party technical personnel to optimize technical capabilities and requirements.
- Works closely using multiple data sources and maintain reports.
- Proactively monitors processes to identify trends.
- Ensures documentation is complete and maintained.
- Document design requirements and process flow diagrams.
- Works effectively in a global highly matrixed team environment.
- Trains end users to easily design reports layouts in OBIEE / OTBI.
- Minimum 3 to 5 Years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP.
- Experience on Oracle Analytics, OTBI, OBIEE and BI Publisher.
- Knowledge on SQL and XML preferred.
Qualification:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field.
Required Competencies:-
- A pro communicator - written, verbal, and presentation.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- The initiative to anticipate problems and the confidence to proactively act to mitigate them.
- Energized by highly motivated and hard-working team environment while being accountable for results with minimal direction.
- Proactively maintain technical knowledge applicable to the Oracle Cloud ERP platform.
