Job Description

Responsibilities:-

Delivery:-

  • Act as Project Manager or Project Director on large and/or complex assignments
  • Oversee the delivery of performance team projects in the region and support the wider global programme
  • Advise on performance related technical tools and processes, globally

Business Improvement:-

  • Improve documentation and processes to ensure high-quality project outputs
  • Co-operate with the wider group to ensure quality of standards worldwide
  • Develop in-house tools for delivering and managing work effectively
  • Establish guidelines for consultants to follow and provide training in order to achieve a consistent approach/output

Leadership:-

  • Contribute to business management and play an active role in the development of our renewable energy business and teams
  • Oversee the recruitment, development and co-ordination of the PV Yield and Performance team
  • Mentor and nurture team members with honesty and authenticity
  • Build healthy and productive relationships with clients and identify business growth opportunities
  • Collaborate widely with colleagues in other regions, including sector specialists, country managers, and technical colleagues

Securing work:-

  • Identify opportunities for new client relationships and new consulting assignments
  • Oversee development of high-quality proposals to win new work
  • Negotiate contracts in relation to new performance related assignments

Qualifications & Experience:-

Essential:-

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
  • Experience in a related senior role
  • Substantial knowledge and experience of photovoltaic solar
  • Minimum of ten years’ relevant career experience
  • Experience in the development and/or design of utility scale renewable energy projects
  • Expert knowledge in relation to industry standard software tools relevant to the discipline

Advantageous:-

  • Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline
  • Project management training and/or certification
  • Consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for managing clients or service delivery
  • Chartered or Professional Engineer status #LI-CB2

  • Mumbai, Maharashtra.
