Team Leader - PV Yield & Performance

Main Tasks:-

• Act as PM and oversee the delivery of performance team projects also supporting the wider global program
• Oversee the development and co-ordination of the PV Yield and Performance team
• Contribute to business management and play an active role in the development of our renewable energy business and teams
• Advise on performance related to technical tools and processes
• Improve documentation and processes to ensure high-quality project outputs
• Co-operate with a wider group to ensure quality of standards worldwide
• Develop in-house tools for delivering and managing work effectively
• Build healthy and productive relationships with clients and identify business growth opportunities
• Oversee development of high-quality proposals
• Collaborate widely with colleagues in other regions, including sector specialists, country managers, and technical colleagues

Qualification And Experience:-

• Degree in a relevant discipline
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Substantial knowledge and experience of photovoltaic solar
• Experience in the development and/or design of utility scale renewable energy projects
• Expert knowledge in relation to industry standard software tools relevant to the discipline
• Project Management training and/or certification will be considered as a plus
• Consulting experience or demonstrated aptitude for managing clients or service delivery will be considered as a plus
