Team lead - Quality Control

Your overall task is to coordinate with other department like project, Engineering, planning and ensure availability of required input / document for the product manufacturing for your team. Coordinate with project team and submission of pre inspection documents to customer. You & your colleagues will be responsible for all inspection activity in Bawal works & arranging customer.

Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate with project, planning department and make sure on time submission all the pre-inspection document to customer for approval.
• Arranging on time inspection of product manufacturing inhouse & at supplier place.
• Providing technical support of the team & ensure that team members skill metric meeting with their role.
• Identifying scope improvement in department, which will improve productivity, quality & cost reduction.
• Coordinate with customer, project & arrange customer inspection on time.
• Ensure all the product which are delivering to customer are meeting all their expectation, in appearance, specifications & in performance.
• Timely support to customer for any product issues, performance issue on demand.
• Conducting internal & external auditing of HSEQ

Qualification And Experience:-

• Bachelor’s Engineering degree/ Diploma in Specializing in mechanical from a reputed university.
• 7 - 12 years of experience in Quality Control with some years of experience in managing a team of five members
• The candidate should have good knowledge in IS & ISO standard.
• Good knowledge in fabrication & assembly of equipment.
• Need good knowledge welding standard (ASME, AWS) should be able to understand welding symbols.
• candidate must know how prepare WPS, WPQ PQR for welder qualification.
• Candidate should be able to handle all the measuring instruments.
• Candidate should have the knowledge in following NDT - UT, DP, MPT, RT & VT) & certification in ASNT level -2
• Knowledge to explain engineering drawing.
• Ability to handle domestic & international customer.
• Good communication skill in English
