Job Description

Responsibilities/Expectations:-

  • Achieve hiring goals, manage requisitions and liaise with hiring managers to align requirements and expectations.
  • Recruit talents at all levels including managers and professionals.
  • Search talents directly and build up external talents pipeline to support business growth
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Partners on tactics of sourcing and attracting talents
  • Be a consultant to hiring managers on interview skills, candidates selection and hiring decision making
  • Coordinate Workforce Plans that include college, professional and contractor needs for responsible business
  • To be a Subject Matter Expert on one or more regional/country staffing projects/programs such as University Relationship program, sourcing strategy, selection tools, Recruitment Management System implementation and Employer Branding etc.

Specific Knowledge/Skills required:-

  • Degree of bachelor in business, engineering or related discipline with at least 4-6 years solid recruiting experience in MNC or search firm
  • Recruitment experience in semiconductor is preferred
  • Hands-on experience of direct talent sourcing is highly preferred
  • Be well trained in interview skills
  • Result driven, strong execution capability to achieve results
  • Team player is a must
  • Good consultation skills – especially with senior leaders in the client organization.
  • Be professionally mature, flexible, open minded
  • Self motivated with high working passion
