- Manage and implement continuous improvements in the Talent Acquisition strategy for the shared service centres in India.
- Align with the global Talent Acquisition practices of Emerson.
- Plan and drive recruitment process based on business requirements; includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing end-to-end recruitment process through the onboarding stage.
- Coordinate with Business Heads, hiring managers and global engineering & IT leaders for the selection process and provide key metrics and analysis.
- Driving the Campus strategy in partnership with various educational institutes to facilitate hiring of Engineering Graduates and Interns.
- Coordinate with Oracle, LinkedIn & Naukri teams for ensuring smooth process flow; manage vendor relationships.
- Proactively work in data analytics & market research, stay ahead of market and interpret technology trends, provide meaningful insights to the team for acquiring right talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers in recruiting planning meetings to understand technical requirements and provide status updates on recruitment needs.
- Provide direction and manage a dynamic recruitment team of 4 – 5 members.
- Participate in onboarding and exit discussions, counselling and analysis.
- Coordinate with other Emerson entities for best practices.
Requirements:-
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in managing a dynamic talent acquisition team.
- Extensive experience in recruitment operations with solid knowledge in Applicant Tracking Systems, recruitment tools, and various external sourcing channels.
- Oracle Recruit & LinkedIn hiring experience, a must.
- Strong experience designing and implementing various talent acquisition-related strategies and programs.
- Multi-national and matrix environment experience preferred.
- Ability to influence leaders positively in taking data based decisions of hiring.
- Proficient in competency based interviewing techniques.
- Hands-on experience in maintaining & enhancing University Relations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to articulate a variety of issues and solutions to different audiences.
