We are looking for a System Integration Specialist who understands how different systems work together and can manage firmware upgrades, troubleshoot network issues, and coordinate with vendors and IT teams. This role requires someone who is technically strong, curious about business processes, and committed to project compliance.
Responsibilities:-
- Firmware Upgrades: Manage and apply firmware updates based on project needs; coordinate with vendors.
- Master-Slave Systems: Understand and troubleshoot face registration systems used for workmen tracking.
- Investigate past issues, cybersecurity risks, and firewall configurations.
- IT Coordination: Work closely with central IT teams to report and resolve system errors and code issues.
- Network Sync Analysis:
- Identify sync delays and root causes.
- Monitor time taken for data synchronization across systems.
- Data Analysis: Review and interpret system data to improve performance and reliability.
- Vendor Agnostic Approach: Work with multiple vendors without bias, focusing on business needs.
- IT & Business Learning: Be proactive in learning business processes and applying IT knowledge to improve them.
- Project Compliance: Ensure all system activities align with project standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Experience in industrial or infrastructure projects
- Exposure to biometric systems, or IoT integrations
- Basic scripting or automation knowledge (Python, Shell, etc.)
- Familiarity with vendor-neutral platforms and tools
Skills:-
- Strong understanding ofsystem design and integration principles
- Experience withfirmware managementandvendor coordination
- Knowledge ofnetwork protocols,firewall settings, andcybersecurity basics
- Ability toanalyze sync delays,error codes, andsystem logs
- Familiarity withface recognition systemsor similar biometric setups
- Good communication skills to work withcross-functional teams
- Interest in learningbusiness operationsand applying IT solutions
- Understanding ofproject documentationandcompliance standards
