Supply Chain Process Manager

The Supply Chain Process Manager will be based in Hyderabad. In this position, you will report to the VP- Supply Chain Management. In charge for process capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up the supply chain organization, the Supply Chain Process Analyst will work closely with all departments SMEs to develop and maintain all processes required to operate.

• Recognize process needs, prioritize and organize the development.
• For each processes, define stakeholders, implement schedule and drive execution.
• Have the capability to singly or with other stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the process, and trouble shoot those process related issues.
• High level participation in daily production activities and effective problem solving on daily issues.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies, including annual review of processes requiring to be refreshed, rewrote, removed.
• Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements.
• Support Business System initiatives based on developed processes.
• Support cost reduction programs through process improvements.

Qualification And Experience:-

• 7+ years' experience in Supply Chain
• 7+ years' experience in Process drafting and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Thrive working in a fast paced, startup environment.
• Experience in working with international teams

Preferred experiences:-

• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated program management experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related discipline or equivalent experience is preferred
