• Supplier evaluations as per audit plans lead given by Techno commercial team.
• Ensure joint inspection at suppliers during initial development of raw material.
• Supplier onsite pre dispatch inspection for confirming incoming materials as per approved specifications standards.
• Ensure MDCC issuing before shipment despatch as per approved specification.
• New vendor development for achieving operational and cost benefits to organization.
• Inspection of incoming materials as per specification and Quality plan.
• Ensure GRN’s clearance in SAP as per SLA.
• Prepare reports of SQA & IQC and maintain documents.
• Ensure of Daily /Monthly MIS to management. Supplier rating for all suppliers on monthly basis on performance tracking.
• Generate and follow up supplier complaints and ensure the correct SCAR and its implementations at supplier end.
• New product development and ensure the implementation of new raw materials as per ECN change process.
• Training to associates about incoming quality control and ram materials testing activities.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures.
• Implementation of TQM concept at supplier end and at IQC like 5S/Kaizen/QCC.
• Lead supplier trainings and up gradation by creating healthy competition among them.

• B. Tech (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering)
