Sr. Service engineer/ Sr. Service Specialist-Power Technique-Service-South

• Provide Technical supports to customers/ dealers.
• Groom and support dealer service team
• Dealer Team management – guidance and Support for service requests, Stock recommendation & ensuring adequate stock at dealer end basis installed units.
• Capable of conducting in house training for our key customers and distributors
• Ensure Total customer satisfaction & generate feel good factor, Practice existing tools for ensuring customer satisfaction/ Develop new.
• Coordination with Product specialist, Share product quality feedback & suggestions.
• Effective utilization of PTS systems – DMS, WOL,MOL,QLINK,POWERCONNECT, FLEETLINK ,MAM2 etc.
• Support product companies / marketing for new product trails.
• Identify Nonservice Taking customers & Educate benefits of availing Genuine services & spares.

Qualification And Experience:-

• A Minimum of 8 years’ experience in service of Compressor/Heavy Earth Moving/Engine/Construction Equipment Industries.
• Dealer Management experience
• Problem solving skills -Eye for In-depth details & Root cause analysis
• Basic understanding of spare parts business

Additional:-

• Good communicator.
• Work requires willingness to travel within the region.
