Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Ownership of the Requirements Management Process.
  • Main contact of technical and process questions about the requirements management process and the requirements management tool codebeamer.
  • Creation and execution of requirements management trainings for the Backoffice Team and the key user of the requirements management process
  • Creation of a Backoffice team (depends on the structure and the workload of the existing Backoffice Team)
  • Organize the Backoffice team, Define requirements managements
  • Technical guide of the Backoffice team
  • Creation of Backoffice Structure in codebeamer
  • Organizer of regular meetings between process owner, Backoffice Team and Key Users
  • Monitoring Electronics engineering software licenses in different environments like PRD,DEV and TEST, IT service management as per defined SLA and responsible for Incident Management; Change management, IT Configuration management; Demand management;  Service requests and tasks
  • Liasoning between various stakeholders like end users, suppliers, customers, etc.
  • Experience in programing on scripting languages DXL, PowerShell and Python
  • Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle using Agile Methodology
  • Highly flexible with work and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Establish a database of requirements, models to be re-used across projects.
  • Assess and clearly communicate risk at each phase of the project
  • Partner with Quality team and Failure Analysis to assure lessons learned are incorporated into future products.

Critical Experience:-

  • Master’s degree in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics)
  • 7+ years’ experience in automotive systems
  • Excellent knowledge of electronic development
  • Knowledge in Functional Safety (ISO26262) is added advantage
  • Knowledge on testing environments and various testing
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills · Interpersonal skills to initiate, involve and contribute technical discussions
  • Deep Knowledge about Development life cycle processes like Automotive SPICE or similar processes
  • Education in Requirements Engineering like IREB (https://www.ireb.org/en/) or similar
  • Excellent knowledge in Requirements Management Tool / ALM Tool codebeamer (Key User)
  • codebeamer – Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Apache tomcat (optional)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with management, stakeholders, cross functional teams (engineering, product management, manufacturing, quality, purchasing, finance, sales) and subject matter experts.
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions when presented with a series of challenges, conflicts and constraints
  • Exceptional fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel as required, ~20%

WE VALUE:-

  • MTech or PhD in technical discipline (Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics)
  • DFSS, or Six Sigma Black Belt Certified
  • Solid knowledge in sensors electronics, measurement & signal processing.
  • Reliability, Test to Failure Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in sensor product development for automotive application
  • Functional Safety (FuSa) Knowledge and Expertise
  • Experience in the design and improvement of communication methodology such as DISC
  • Experience with UML or other design thinking methods.
  • Experience with refactoring methods or as Software Architect.
