Job Description

Responsibilities:-

  • Responsible to take the technical requirement or query raised by the Blade plants internal / External.
  • CN implementation and monitoring.
  • Taking a lead on process implementation in the new product launch or upgradation and work closely with the project managers or with the relevant stake holders.
  • Work on continuous improvement project and optimizing the process.
  • Early engagement into project and assess on the capacity of the equipment’s of the plant.
  • Work on the TAKT time reduction and increase the output.
  • Should work on the tooling quires and take this up with the respective tooling team.

Qualifications:-

  • BE Mechanical or BE. Chemical.

Competencies:-

  • Should have worked at least 8 Years in blade industry on process.
  • Knowledge on the blade product and process especially on infusion.
  • Should have knowledge on the CN implementation.
  • Good in Commnication.
  • Knowledge on the lean tools and implementation.
  • Problem solving skills.

  • Chennai, India.
