Responsibilities:-
- Coordinating sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
- Coaching team members in Agile frameworks
- Working with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests.
- Helping teams implement changes effectively.
- Ensuring deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Helping to build a productive environment where team members ‘own’ the product and enjoy working on it.
- Initiating Continuous Process Improvements and Involve/Seek support wherever required.
- Identifying Models for improving team dynamics and effectiveness
- Applying the visual facilitation techniques for a collaborative session
- Establishing and driving adoption of Agile frameworks, tools and best practices
- Serving as a key bridge between individual scrum team members and dependent teams including third party vendors. Recognize and eliminate team obstacles.
Qualification And Experience:-
- You own Bachelor or a Master degree in Electronics and Communication, Electrical Engineering Computer Science or equivalent skill level.
- Experience being the Scrum Master for at least 4 - 6 years for a Scrum team with overall 8 to 10 years of experience.
- 4+ years of experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed).
- 5+ years of experience in applying a wide variety of well documented patterns and techniques for scrum processes, such as retrospectives, burn-down monitoring, reporting metrics etc.
- Experience using SDLC (software development lifecycle) practices and frameworks and backlog management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps /Confluence/Collaboration Tools etc).
